The foundation for Relentless Connectors is the Wraparound Principles. We create a team for each family with members bringing their skills and connections to the table. The family is the team lead. Together we come up with a plan of how the family wants to move forward, working with the strengths each family has. The Relentless Connector supports the family for as long as is needed, together with the other team members. The ultimate goal though is self-efficacy and empowerment: we’re not there to fix things, but rather to support each family in figuring things out themselves.

Also in partnership with Children and Family Services we’re working with children who’ve been taken into care – and their families – to support them to stay together.

The focus is on working together and finding new ways of offering supports – and these are customized supports based on the goals and needs of each family.
