So people talk about leaving your ego at the door and that sort of thing, leaving your organization hat at the door…It’s not really that at all. It’s making sure that every conversation that we have is really grounded in what’s in the best interests of the people we’re working with. As long as you keep that principle front and foremost all the time, it means that you can move forward into a constructive conversation.
