Corinne Saad , Director, C5: I think what works is very much the fact that it’s relationship-based. And the initial relationships were very much among the Executive Directors – they knew each other, they trusted each other, they’d worked together before on projects – they had those relationships in place. So it made this work that much easier. The challenge then was to take those relationships of trust and ensure that they were disseminated throughout the agencies and the Board Members of those organizations. And that’s still a work in progress. But as work together collaboratively on projects on the ground such as Relentless Connector, such as Ubuntu, as we work together on issues we’re focusing on like housing, we’re doing that throughout the organization so it’s not just the Executive Directors, it’s the Managers within those organizations and the front-line staff as well.
